I became interested in becoming a massage therapist after receiving many Polarity Therapy sessions. Being in a state of peace and quietude I became aware that a life change was available by taking a leap of faith, trusting, and opening my heart. I completed massage training at Medical Arts Massage School in Raleigh, NC in 2002. Following massage school I became certified in Manual Lymph Drainage by Vodder, completed Tracy Walton's Cancer Care Massage courses, and massage for breast surgeries by Cheryl Chapman. The massage and bodywork therapies that I practice are to support and cultivate the innate health inherent in each person. I offer a blend of therapeutic modalities that include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Manual Lymph Drainage, Reflexology, Raindrop Technique, Cancer/Palliative/Hospice Massage, Reiki. I listen with my eyes, ears, and heart and offer touch to support each person's path to wellness.

I enjoy teaching and practicing tai chi and qigong for health and fitness.
